Help Me Start A Restaurant

Hi, my name is Susan and I live in Central Florida. All my life I've wanted to have my own restaruant. Nothing big and fancy (to start), just a small diner serving great meals and sandwiches. I've worked a lot of unmeaningful jobs in my 51 years. But my great joy or if I had to have a hobby, it would be cooking. Now I'm out of a job, no real money saved, but if I am ever to have a shot at my dream, it is now or never. But....I need help. I don't know where to start but I am ready. Can you out there in cyberland, please help me get started. Or at least give me some meaningful guidance. And yes, I am very aware that there is a recession! But I don't feel that I should let that stop me. I live in Riverview, Florida, just about 5 miles from Sun City. Im wondering if that would be a good place to start. Yes, it is a small city of retirees, however, with the building boom of the last few years, the yuppies and baby boomers have arrived within 2 minutes so I don't see it being a retirement mecca much longer. Please help me! I take and accept criticism very well, but I need you on my side with the best you have to offer.
